Ignored Grievance Leads to Inmate's Death at Stafford Creek Corrections Center

We are devastated to learn of the needless death of Clifford Fentord Farrar on December 27th, 2021. Clifford, a diabetic, was denied basic care during a hypoglycemic reaction resulting in his untimely death. You can read the statement from his family in the link attached.
